Meet The Landscape Group team...

We are a highly qualified and established team with many years service within the industry and for The Landscape Group.

We pride ourselves on working hard and to the highest standards and on top of that we're a friendly lot too!

Edward Donald

Edward is the owner/director of The Landscape Group having built the team and the business from scratch over a period of 10 years.

Ed’s landscaping background and training has very much been on the job over the years having worked for large landscape firms initially as a school leaver and he has now completed hundreds of gardens and driveway makeovers through his own business, with the delivery of more complex commercial projects coming in the last few years.

Ed has travelled the world working on outdoor construction projects and he looks forward to growing the business over the coming years having built a strong reputation for both his client relationship management and his attention to detail on each job.  

Matt George

Matt is a qualified garden designer with over 8 years’ experience in landscape and garden design across complex construction projects. He specialises in plant design and specification as his main area of interest following an original degree in botany, but also really enjoys getting involved in the construction process and conservation planning/ design for projects.  

With over 20 year’s experience in the logistics industry as a senior manager Matt now brings these skills to bear as a project/contract manager on our more complex projects with site management, CDM regulations and health and safety at the forefront of that management process.  Matt is also experienced in assembling and presenting complex tenders for the commercial side of the business.

Matt likes to spend quite a bit of time out on site – liaising with the foremen, problem solving but also getting the design laid out correctly. He will co-ordinate the final planting phase at the end of our projects.

Lee Lewis

Lee is the principle foreman/supervisor running his own site/projects for The Landscape Group for a few years now. Originally from the building trade Lee brings both construction skills and a ‘can do’ attitude to each project.  

One of his key strengths is working from plans with complex levels & construction detailing and interpreting them for a successful build.

With Lee’s input we can always ensure that a project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Andrew Branson

Andy has worked with The Landscape Group for a couple of years and specialises in both brick and stone construction.  He is our pond and water specialist, having worked within landscaping businesses previously who specialise in water features.

Andy also takes the lead on site in the absence of Edward or Lee when required and is known for using his initiative and for the skilful delivery of construction detailing that our projects demand.
